Retail Merchandiser

A fashion retailer is seeking a Merchandiser to play a key role in leading their team to deliver sales, markdown, stock intake and profit plans. Working with Buying, ensuring the range plan deliver sales and margin whilst in line with stock targets Control stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes (WSSI) Planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy Recommend promotions and re buys as necessary Review weekly trading performance and achieved KPI’s Train and support a high performing team, managing their workload and help them achieve their career goals At Merchandiser or experienced Junior Merchandiser level with ownership for running your own department Highly numerate and comfortable working with large data sets Comfortable presenting at Senior Management meetings and can communicate across all levels of the business.
