Sales Administrator – London (SE1) up t0 £28,000 DOE Are you an experienced Sales Administrator passionate about managing customer relationships and supporting sales strategies? If you have a knack for CRM systems and thrive on being the liaison between customer needs and company offerings, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Sales Administrator, you will play crucial role in supporting the sales and delivery of a market strategy. You will be supporting CEO, Chief of Staff and small commercial teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for candidate who can bring a mix of administrative excellence, sales support experience, and strategic insight into the role. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, assist CEO and Chief of Staff to deliver sales, partnerships and market strategy Taking ownership of CRM system, managing customer data, sales pipelines, and generate reports to enhance sales processes and strategic decision making Maintaining clients records, actively managing and coordinating with Senior Leadership to ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and existing customers. Working closely with Marketing team to ensure sales materials are updated, relevant, and align with the market strategy Assisting in organising sales events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, registrations, and follow-up activities. Ideal Candidate Previous experience in sales administration roles. A strong background in CRM system management and customer relationship handling. Exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit. You should be able to manage multiple priorities with ease and be able to drive initiatives forward. An interest or understanding of marketing principles and experience working closely with marketing teams to support sales objectives Experience in managing projects or initiatives within sales or marketing teams.
