You are an excellent listener who takes time to understand the needs of the customer and you will take a consultative approach to the sale, ensuring your customers leave having purchased the perfect product while experiencing an excellent customer journey. As an accomplished, motivational and inspirational manager you will be able to deliver a great team sales performance. You will be an experienced sales professional in big box retail, ideally furniture, although this is not essential as in-depth structured training will be provided. As all Store Managers will be required to work both weekend days we are able to offer one weekend in every six off.
