We have an exciting opportunityto join our clients Training team who one of the leaders in their field. As a member of the People team, you will deliver training to Field Sales Agents, assess development needs and track learning effectiveness predominantly for the Commercial team. Duties: Creating and executing training, with particular emphasis on product and sales training for sales, on a one on one and group delivery basis. Train out new or upgraded products. Ensuring all new hires into sales are trained with appropriate levels of information and product knowledge. Working with sales management to support their team with individual sales development needs. Adopt a blended learning approach (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. Translate existing PPT learnings into e-learnings where appropriate. Experience: Proven experience as a Trainer in Fintech or Payments. Design and delivery of product and sales training. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent communication and influencing skills. Relationship building. Must be able to travel to field sales agents. (You will need to have your own car) express interest constantly on the hunt for the best candidates
