Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance Generate despatch notes for the UK and export sales Raise invoices to send to customers Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings Communicate with customers regarding order status, product enquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns Creating reports for packaging and stock Maintain and update sales databases and records Requirements of the Sales Administrator: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Take the next step in your career and become part of the CANPACK family!
