Sales Manager - Retail

To be asuccessful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team toprioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performancetargets. Flexible working options are available. Support the Store management teamacross all product areas, back of house and running the store whenneeded Manage a team to deliver amazing service andaccurate stock processes in an environment which is commercial,operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial andoperational activities by working alongside the team Youhave exceptional commercial understanding, with the know how to createa fantastic shopping experience for our customers Inaccordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will berequired to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencementof employment. This role is not one we would typicallyconsider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, forexample, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, notbeing met.
