Store Manager needed for a discount retailer in Crawley Opportunity for an Assistant Manager to step up or an established Store Manager Autonomy and freedom to make the store a success

Responsibilities
• Delivering an excellent shopping experience for the customer • Reviewing sales performance and driving sales • Delivering on key performance indicators and profitability • Recruiting, managing, and motivating staff • Implementing and maintaining company standards • Ensuring health and safety of store and colleagues
Requirements
• Experience in a high-volume and fast-paced retail business • Discount retail experience preferred • Self-motivated, resilient, and a team player • Excellent communication and coaching skills • Ability to control costs and manage stock availability • Commercially and target driven mindset
