Team Leader - Retail

This is an exciting role, and we are looking for someone who can ensure the smooth daily running of the retail gift shops, drive store standards and use creativity to think of new and exciting revenue opportunities for us to explore.

As well as a focusing on the daily operation of the shop, you will also be motivating and coaching a small team to drive sales and provide an outstanding level of customer service. This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested, no two days are the same, from stock control, visual merchandising, carrying out food hygiene audits and maintaining shop standards.

This is a permanent position offering a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shifts will include weekends and due to the nature of the business this can also include bank holidays.

• Experience as a Retail Supervisor or Team Leader (essential)
• High levels of pro-activity within an operational setting with problem solving skills
• Experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment
• Have been involved with organising, motivating, and coaching a team
