Key Responsibilities:
- Prospection: Actively identify and cultivate new leads through various channels including LinkedIn, public database, prospection tools, industry events, market research, etc.
- Outbound strategy: Develop and execute effective outbound sales strategies and campaigns, utilizing email, social media, and direct contact methods to increase lead conversion rates.
- Market research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential customer needs to better position our services in the market.
- Social media and event screening: Monitor and analyze social media platforms and relevant industry events to identify and engage with potential leads, and recognize opportunities for outbound campaigns.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, business analysis or consulting roles
- Proficiency with CRM softwares is a plus
- Experience with lead generation tools and strategies
- Knowledgeable in outbound sales tactics and lead enrichment processes
- Knowledgeable in B2B fintech and payments industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong drive to learn and grow within the industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
