Business Sales Manager

Our client is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and distributers of E-Liquids, supplying to countries all over the world. They are recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team.

Salary: from £55,000 DOE plus company car

• You will oversee the running of the whole retail and sales side of the business.
• You will be accountable for the end to end in-store Customer buying experience.
• You will lmplement sales strategies across all sites
• You will work with the Retail Management Team to ensure the full operations works seamlessly.
• You will be dynamic and motivated with a strong drive and passion for sales. You will be constantly working to achieve and exceed sales targets

The ideal candidate:

• Will need to have a demonstrable history of leading, coaching, and motivating a successful sales team.
• Proven career history within retail management with a solid background within retail leadership, preferably at board level
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• You will be a capable people leader with a proven track record of motivating and developing successful teams, demonstrating the ability to drive sales and nurture talent through people development and progressive planning.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills are vital.
• Willingness to travel as needed and requirement to be in the Head Office as and when required
