Corporate Sales AdministratorPermanentMonday – Friday£23,000 per annum

Our client are a long standing, super friendly B2B supplier of premium products. Established in 2007 they have had huge success with some of the biggest and most exclusive brands.After an exciting period of growth, in both product range and customer base, we're looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Administrator to join their team at their Congleton head office.Working within the corporate team, you'll support on a wide range of administrative tasks from raising purchase orders to liaising with suppliers and sending quotes to customers.Support overall administration for Sales teamDealing with suppliers and chasing ordersHandle enquiries for customers and international suppliersProcessing sales orders onto their in-house systemSupport two specific sales account managers with all activities.Producing quote for customersAnswering the phoneManaging sales inboxHelping with follow up's and ensuring orders are securedBranding support and producing mock upsSending proforma invoices to customersOrder book managementHelping with any tracking / shipping queries

The ideal Corporate Sales Administrator will have experienced within a similar Sales Support role and will be confident with communication across directors, colleagues, customers and suppliers.Work well autonomously as well as within a teamHandle and prioritise a range of administrative tasksGood organisational and analytical applicationIn return you will receive:A friendly and relaxed working environmentEarly finish FridaysCompetitive pay and holiday packagesPossible share of bonus schemesStarting salary £23K
