This upscale and full-service hotel boasting a central location in Liverpool city centre is looking to appoint a Director of Sales and Marketing.

The hotel features opulent bedrooms, a luxurious spa, swimming pool and relaxation zone, as well as a exclusive restaurant, residents lounge, and a bar. In addition, it offers extensive wedding, conference and meeting facilities.

We are searching for a hands on and pro-active Sales & Marketing indivdual with a panache in delivering the commercial goals of the business and growing sales and revenue streams across multiple outlets. In this role you will build and develops strong relationships with our clients, by managing the client accounts, revenue generation, local PR and brand image; you are the face and voice of the Brand.

You will be required to manage the external and internal sales function, generate new business and maintain existing account revenues. You will be expected to work in a team and liaise with the other Heads of Department and General Manager with regards to promotions, events and regular guests. This will involve accurate forecasting, reviewing and considering the market demand, keeping competitor activity/SWOT analysis up to date on a regular basis.
