Job Description - Events Sales

Office Christmas is looking for a talented Events Sales superstar to join the team. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis. We are offering a great industry salary with uncapped commission starting from £30,000-£35,000 base salary (depending on experience) OTE £50,000. Who is Office Christmas? About the Christmas Events Sales Exec role: We're seeking an organised and highly motivated individual to drive our sales strategy. We’re looking for someone that loves events and gets excited about providing an exceptional sales experience from the first call to their last dance. Your primary role will be to drive Christmas party sales, to service client briefs by creating breath-taking event proposals! You will find and propose venues, caterers and everything the client will need for an outstanding event. Key responsibilities of our Senior Christmas Events Sales Exec: Execute sales strategies, including diary management, identifying new sales and partner opportunities, and proactive business development. Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met and monitored consistently. Collaborate with the Line Manager across the portfolio to deliver proactive sales strategies. Contribute to contract negotiation and manage high-value clients. Conduct site visits with clients for various events. Work with the Marketing team to deliver data-driven marketing strategies. Attend networking events to actively promote the organisation's portfolio of services. Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure compliance with group policies. Support the Line Manager in any future sales recruitment. Role model well for the rest of the sales team with potential for development into further team leadership What we’re looking for in our Senior Christmas Events Sales Exec: You will have extensive sales experience. You will have previously worked in the Events industry. You will have the desire to go well above expectations in your role and within the events we offer to clients. A confident communicator, you will be expected to call clients over the phone, on Teams, email and in person You will be happy to liaise and collaborate with the internal Sales administration team, and partners and generate ideas to further develop the business You will be able to travel to meet client and suppliers, mainly in London and the South East but occasionally out of office hours.
