We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.
Duties:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI’s through performing a certain number of Face to Face visits assigned individually to you. (Door to Door Cold Calling)
- Delivering excellent Customer Service by speaking in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
- Effectively communicating to customers in relation to our product and answer any questions they might have by referring to information provided.
- Flexibility with a willingness to travel.
- Adhering to all aspects of quality and compliance required to deliver a quality service

Salary: From £20 000 Basic Salary plus commission payments based on achieving targets

Responsibilities
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Requirements
Previous Customer Service desirable but not essential. Full Training provided.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven
- Computer use competency
