Graduate Sales Manager - Scotland

As a Graduate Sales Manager at Flowtech Fluidpower PLC, you will be responsible for leading sales activities in the Scottish region of the UK. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. You will also be required to build strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities within the fluid power industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree - Flexible in discipline, but an interest in business, engineering, manufacturing would be advantageous.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, engineering or a relevant field

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
