Are you looking for a career within a young and exciting company? Our client is a rising star in the UK's financial Services sector. From its formation in 2008 it now employs over 40 people in a vibrant call centre in Aldershot town centre

The company sells insurance products over the phone to customers throughout the UK and is looking to recruit a Call Centre Manager to manage its lead generation team of 6 staff. No experience in selling insurance is necessary – it’s your call centre management skills and your proven success in a similar (or slightly junior) role that are important to us.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is currently a high performing team leader who is very driven and passionate but who perhaps is looking to further their career elsewhere as there are limited opportunities with their current employer. If you are a strict “9-5” type person then don’t apply. We want someone with a real passion and determination to succeed.  You need to be self-motivated and driven by the chance to earn good OTE. Hours of work are 11.15am to 8.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 6pm on Friday – no weekend working.

Job Description
• Manage and motivate a young team of 10 individuals so that they produce a minimum of 3 leads per day
• To raise the bar with the team members so that they hit their bonus targets by generating 4,5,6,7+ leads per day
• Manage the data sets that the team work from so that all data sets are utilised to their optimum
• Liaise with the Sales Manager to ensure that all leads passed to the sale team are of the right quality
• Conduct regular call assessments (both recorded and live) to train and develop the team
• Ensure that all call backs arranged by the team are managed correctly
• Conduct regular team meetings and 1 to 1s
• Produce regular management reports
• Attend regular management meetings
• Run training courses for new starters
• Run product training and objection handling courses for the team on an ongoing basis
