Job Description - New Homes Sales Representative

UK-St Albans

Our New Homes Sales Representatives oversee a Homeowners journey and play a critical role in the overall operating business.

 

We have an exciting opportunity in the central St Albans area for an experienced and talented New Homes Sales Representative within a lerge flagship new build scheme. Offering a collection of 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments with a Shared Ownership Scheme. 

 

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for securing reservations in line with our strategic goals, whilst offering the highest level of customer service.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished sales professional to take overall responsibility for a new development from start to finish.

 

You will be tasked with responding to enquiries about the development, qualifying the enquiry and selling the features and benefits of our sales assist and part exchange schemes.

 

You will secure reservations from customers by presenting and selling to them from the on-site show home and office.

 

You will be an experienced and highly motivated sales professional, with a background in Shared ownership sales. You must have a demonstrable track record of following up, developing leads and converting enquiries as well as consistently hitting sales targets and KPIs.

 

As this role is site based you must be confident working on your own and managing your time productively. You will be responsible for the customer’s journey from initial enquiry, show home visit, sales assist appointment, reservation/AML appointment progressing through to completion. You will also be responsible for the snagging and after care service. You must be a competent with IT and be able to use excel, word and email as you will be required to complete all your own paperwork and complete weekly and monthly reports.

 

Professional and friendly in your approach, you will be customer service focused whilst empathetic and patient. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to use your initiative, multitask and work to deadlines.

 

Hours of work are 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday
