*About the role of Online Sales & Customer Service Administrator at JT Dove:*
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Online Sales
& Customer Service Administrator to support our growing online sales
division in Kingstown Industrial Estate in Carlisle. This is an exciting time
to join the team as we continue to expand our online sales offering, developing
our presence across our own online platform as well as eBay, Amazon and others.
*The main duties for this role include:*
* General branch administration.
* Dealing with all aspects of order and service queries.
* Providing responses in a timely manner via phone, email or online platforms including social media.
* Assisting colleagues with order processing, stock management and online inventory, where necessary.
* Supporting the management team in collating sales data and compiling reports, as necessary.
* Collating customer feedback to make recommendations to improve service and customer experience.
* “Go the extra mile” to engage with customers to ensure repeat business.
*The ideal candidate will have:*
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Experience of building materials and associated product ranges would be beneficial, although full training can be given to the right candidate.
* Strong administration skills.
* Strong IT skills - A good understanding of Excel would be advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturdays 08.00am to 12.00pm.
