Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in business development. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for assisting in the growth strategy of the company, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the automotive industry - Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders - Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners - Monitor and track business development activities and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in business development is a must - Resilient and hardworking attitude with a drive to succeed - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities - Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose new ideas - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be eligible to work in the UK
