Job Description - Sales Support Coordinator

You will support the Sales team with day-to-day admin, business analysis, and systems management. What you'll be doing As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maximising customer service levels, acting as the bridge between the Customer Services and Sales teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Updating and managing special prices for key accounts Handling export-related documentation accurately and meeting deadlines Supporting booking requests and liaising with NPD and Technical teams Managing procurement systems and uploading new pricing and product information Resolving day-to-day issues and communicating customer forecasts to the Planning team Updating monthly KPI tracker and supporting new product development launches You're a great fit if you ✔️Have previous administration and sales support experience in retail, commercial, and/or export settings ✔️Have excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions. This role requires excellent proficiency and fluency in English. We want someone who is comfortable to speak to a wide range of people, as you'll be speaking a lot with them. ✔️Enjoy taking initiative and problem-solving. We're on a mission to be efficient, so spotting how to improve aspects of this role and be able to work out solutions for issues is going to help you do well here. ✔️Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook You won't be a great fit if you Are daunted by the idea of autonomy. Our team is small and work from home the majority of the week, so you will need to be able to be accountable for your work and be able to self-motivate to get the job done. Aren't a self-starter. We'll always be here to give direction but we love to see how you tackle things with your own thinking first! Struggle with multitasking and remaining calm in a busy and demanding department. There are lots of stakeholders with this role who will be all be asking for your time, so being able to prioritise, reprioritise, and juggle multiple tasks at once is essential.
