Were seeking a dedicated Residential Sales Manager to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional organisational support and customer experiences to the clients, internal team, and customers. The Company Establishing themselves as a household name in the area, this renowned firm of Property Professionals has a rich history. They pride themselves on their local expertise, strong community relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to their clients at every stage of the journey. Duties Analyse performance metrics, implement strategic plans, and monitor KPIs to enhance productivity and profitability. Provide leadership, conduct training sessions, and offer personalised coaching to support team development and performance. Perform market analyses, prepare detailed reports, and stay informed about local market trends for accurate property valuations. Attract new clients, secure property listings, and build a strong client pipeline through networking and relationship-building activities. Ensure exceptional client service, maintain regular communication, and foster long-term relationships with clients. Skills & Attributes At least 5 years recent Estate Agency experience. 1 year Estate Agency experience at either Valuer level or above. At least 1 years experience of managing a team. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of the Leicestershire area. A love for winning business. Microsoft Office proficient. Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others.
