Key Duties:
  • Handle customer enquiries and maintain communication records.
  • Prepare and process quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist in sales order processing and maintain meticulous administration.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and familiarity with SAGE 200 system.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and capability to manage changing priorities effectively.
