Internal Sales Advisor (Telesales) sought by the furniture solutions division of a global polymer manufacturer with over 20,000 employees across 170 locations worldwide to join their team based in Irlam. The Role: Known formally within the business as Internal Sales Specialist, your duties will include: Taking inbound calls, both internal and external Manage some small accounts and make outbound calls to assess new business opportunities, before passing to the Sales Managers Receiving and processing orders Interacting with new and existing customers to ensure understanding and logging potential sales opportunities on the CRM database Updating CRM database to capture up to date market information, range portfolios and competitor activity Research and log potential new prospects on internal database utilising market information and relevant furniture industry sources Work closely with the Warehouse / Dispatch team to coordinate and track customer deliveries Qualification of customer data and potential spend to generate a focus list for onward sales The successful Internal Sales Advisor will demonstrate the following: Excellent telephone manner and communication skills within a lively customer orientated sales office Experience a telesales / sales support or business development role, ideally within a B2B environment Computer literate with experience using Microsoft packages inclu ding Teams, experience using SAP would be advantageous Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team within a busy customer-orientated sales office Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous, although training will be given Benefits:
