Our client is seeking a Property Maintenance Estimator to join their growing team. • 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.

Working closely with the Sales Manager to create competitive quotes and reports. Visiting sites to collect data and photos to support formal reporting. Split your time between conducting site visits (2 days per week) and working in the office in Berkshire (3 days per week). A full, valid UK driving licence. Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy, grammar, and report writing. Confidence with IT, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
