Are you an expert in Sales and Lead pipelines? Do you take an analytical approach to align business goals with data? Here at Air Partner, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Insights Analyst to join our buzzing Gatwick office. You will play a critical role in understanding our prospective and existing customers intimately, through detailed knowledge of CRM systems and utilising this knowledge to produce actionable insight and campaign proposals tol increase customer retention and drive new business.

This role sits within our Technology team and will see you supporting our Charter divisions. You will be reporting to the Head of Business Applications and Data whilst collaborating with various stakeholders such as the VP or Performance and Marketing Managers to achieve shared goals.

You will:

Develop and implement a data strategy that cleanses and enhances our CRM data, ensuring quality control remains to a consistently high standardOptimise and own the lead processes to improve prospect conversion rateDevelop and implement a lead scoring model to optimise and market to disqualified or cold leadsProvide data-driven insight and recommendations which drive commercial value to the Marketing teamsTake responsibility for all customer data information sources which feed into the CRM system, working with the wider business to ensure compliance in line with Data Protection Statement, the broader business strategy and building out our customer data to enhance the customer experienceLead and execute the customer lifecycle strategy to increase retention, personalisation and cross-channel marketing automation across all user lifecycle stagesWork with BI and Data Engineering teams to define new data sources and integrate them into the CRM systemsProvide regular CRM and ROI reportingSet out measurable lead SLA metrics for commercial teams and provide detailed monthly reporting

Candidate Requirements

5 years’ experience working in a similar role for a company that has a selection of products or servicesExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential)Experience in working within a marketing email automation environment with lead nurturingdriven, with a good understanding of the customer & customer lifecycle and the importance of ROI reportingCommercially experience working in customer journey mapping and salesStrong numerical and analytical skillsA proactive, self-driven and ambitious natureExperience in manipulating data using Excel or Power BI
