Responsibilities

• To work as a team and support the Pharmacist/Store supervisor.
• Ensuring the store is run efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
• Patient/Customer satisfaction must be at the forefront of your concern.
• High quality service in terms of courtesy, kindness, interest and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Essential GCSE (or equivalent qualification) Maths and English, Grades A to C.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate numeracy and accuracy skills required for a retail environment.
• A minimum of 1 years experience in a retail environment in a Sales Assistant role.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role in a retail pharmacy environment.
• 3rd level qualification in the field of health and beauty.
• Experience using an EPOS system.
• 6 months experience in a retail outlet environment.
