We’re looking for a highly successful and skilled Residential Sales expert to join a great company in Hertfordshire. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of their residential sales business expanding their market share and delivering a best-in-class service.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of individual and team revenue against set targets through the sale of residential properties in the Hertfordshire area.
- Develop relationships and work closely with clients to secure future instructions/business.
- Sourcing, pitching for, and securing new business through developing relationships with potential clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, face to face, by telephone, or email.
- Meeting with clients to provide a service tailored to individual instructions.
- Progress sales to completion, including liaison with solicitors as appropriate, and keeping all parties well informed.
- Provide informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.
Package:
- £40,000 basic salary
- Car Allowance
- Commission
- £60,000/£70,000 OTE
To be successful, you will need to:
- Show a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Have an understanding of the Hertfordshire market and the properties within it.
- Have experience in pitching and securing new business
- Demonstrate a full understanding of the residential sales process.
- Have experience in motivating a sales team.
- Show a track record of converting market appraisals to sales revenue.
