Sales Associate

We’re looking for a highly successful and skilled Residential Sales expert to join a great company in Hertfordshire. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of their residential sales business expanding their market share and delivering a best-in-class service.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of individual and team revenue against set targets through the sale of residential properties in the Hertfordshire area.
• Develop relationships and work closely with clients to secure future instructions/business.
• Sourcing, pitching for, and securing new business through developing relationships with potential clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, face to face, by telephone, or email.
• Meeting with clients to provide a service tailored to individual instructions.
• Progress sales to completion, including liaison with solicitors as appropriate, and keeping all parties well informed.
• Provide informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.

Package:

• £40,000 basic salary
• Car Allowance
• Commission
• £60,000/£70,000 OTE

To be successful, you will need to:

• Show a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Have an understanding of the Hertfordshire market and the properties within it.
• Have experience in pitching and securing new business
• Demonstrate a full understanding of the residential sales process.
• Have experience in motivating a sales team.
• Show a track record of converting market appraisals to sales revenue.
