Sales Associate

Harrods at Gatwick Airport incorporates all the glamour and luxury of our Knightsbridge store and the energy and excitement of the terminal. As a Sales Associate you will add memorable moments of delight to the customers as they peruse our Harrods store at Gatwick. You’ll add your retail experience to our airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week, working on a 4 days on, 2 days off shift pattern. Shifts are either 3.30am-11.30am, 11.30am-8pm or 4am-12.30pm or 12.30pm-8pm. You will have 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts then 2 days off. Please note, due to the location of this role, all successful applicants will need to provide satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass, which can take approximately 2 months. About you An understanding of excellent customer service gained from previous work experience is key. This may, or may not have been gained from experience within a retail environment, we are open to other career backgrounds and we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed.
