SALES ASSOCIATE, LONDON

Job Title: Sales Associate, London.

Reporting to: Retail General Manager

Hours of Work: Full Time, 40 hours p/w. 5-day working rota over 7, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Location: 71-72 Jermyn Street, St James's, London, SW1Y 6PF

The Description:

We are looking for a bright, positive individual to join our retail team. Applicants will have experience working within luxury retail, have an eye for detail and be driven by achieving sales through excellent customer care. Experience within Menswear and / or Womenswear would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will engage in all aspects of the day to day running of the store. A good standard of written and spoken English is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers Demonstrate product knowledge and continually look for ways to expand on this Effective use of the customer profile function Able to collect client data and build your own customer network

Retail Standards

• Help to ensure the highest retail standards are apparent at all times, front and back of house. Assisting with daily replenishment deliveries requirements Making sure all appropriate product is out on the shop floor and correctly displayed. Making sure the shop floor is clean, replenished and ready to receive guests Assist in stock takes Effectively interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and in the company at large Any other reasonable task as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a sales position within a luxury brand Good knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end (luxury) fashion sector Experience of Made to Measure would be a distinct advantage Listening and communication skills Flexible to work in a multicultural context A proactive individual Self-development attitude Sense of ownership Fluent in English, written and spoken Good time keeping is essential
