Responsibilities

• Bring together a passion for customers and the determination to recommending & selling our outstanding product range.
• Providing every customer with an exceptional in store experience.
• Taking the time to get to know and understand each customers needs.
• Fully involved in store layout plans and changes, your ideas can make a valued difference.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• You will have the ability to have fun whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• You will have a proven track record in sales.

Desirable Skills

• Previous furniture retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Further Information

Salary: OTE £35,000 to £40,000 (per annum, uncapped earning potential). Job Location - Longwood Retail Park, Longwood Road, Newtownabbey. Benefits: Death in service - enrolled after 3 months service; Length of service awards; Generous staff discount; Additional performance bonus; Free on site parking; Smoke break exchange which allows 1 extra day leave each year; The successful candidate will be required to work weekends and bank holidays and some evenings.
