Niche Recruitment is proud to be supporting a successful commercial grounds maintenance and tree surgery business with 20 years of industry experience. Our client is seeking a Property Maintenance Estimator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic company dedicated to maintaining and enhancing commercial landscapes.

The Company:

• One of the leading Maintenance and Landscaping businesses in the South of England.

Package:

• Up to £30,000 per annum.
• Car allowance.
• 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown.
• Free gym membership, pension etc.

The Role:

• Working closely with the Sales Manager to create competitive quotes and reports.
• Visiting sites to collect data and photos to support formal reporting.
• Provide provisional costings for new leads/enquiries.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Split your time between conducting site visits (2 days per week) and working in the office in Berkshire (3 days per week).

About You:

• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational skills and efficient time management.
• Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
• The ability to think on your feet and handle issues proactively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy, grammar, and report writing.
• Confidence with IT, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
