Job Description - Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for motivating and engaging the prospects, educating and inspiring them with UP’s expertise and industry differentiators.

To be a successful sales executive, you must have excellent sales and customer service skills, being able to help and influence people virtually and by telephone, with a drive and determination to maximise the number of consultations, we see in our gyms

The role will be based at our Manchester Head Office, situated within St Anne's Square, surrounded by many local amenities and good transport links.

Key tasks:

  • Managing customer enquiries and converting leads to consultations in line with the sales process.
  • Hitting all phone call KPIs to influence consultation bookings and attendance rates.
  • Hitting phone call KPIs to re-engage consultations who don’t attend.
  • Utilise system data to maximise engagement of both new and old leads.
  • Positively impact the call efficiency and effectiveness to maximise output and quality.
  • Within the CRM system, proactively manage all leads ensuring they are prioritised accordingly and utilised effectively.
  • Ensure booked consults are contacted and engaged with before the consult to improve show rates.
  • Effectively organise all no-shows and cancelled consult bookings to reengage and influence attendance.
  • Work with the gym teams to maximise the number of consults attended, ensuring they are equipped with as much quality information for the consult as possible.
  • The Sales executive will be responsible for the attendance of consults, and total consults book and ensure all sales processes are followed in their gym/region.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
