Job Description - Sales Support Administrator

Sales Support Administrator Location: Knaresborough Salary: £23,000 basic with potential earnings up to £28,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm (with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis in which you can have a day off through the week or generous overtime pay) Benefits: 24 days + statutory holidays increasing with service, pension scheme, continuous training provided, wellbeing program, death in service, regular social events, 12-month free gym membership and free on-site parking. Our esteemed client in Knaresborough is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned deals, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Provide detailed and accurate administration.
Process customer's payments and invoices.
Handle inbound calls promptly and in accordance with company standards.
Act as the liaison between third parties and customers, keeping them informed of deal progress.
Manage deals from initiation to completion, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Maintain accuracy and diligence in deal management and documentation.
Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships to uphold high service standards. Requirements: Strong customer service skills
Previous administration experience (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT proficiency
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
