Job Description - Sales / Telesales

The client we represent is a well-known entity in the FMCG industry. Providing fulfilment services for business & personal needs, the client operates on a national scale & is looking to upscale their operations into this year. Full process account management duties. Initiate outbound sales calls to businesses to promote company services. Keep pertinent data updated according to agreed-upon call, contact, and quality targets each day. Professional in a business-like manner, aiding account managers in compiling campaign data for reporting purposes. Update and maintain customer records in the company database. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives. A successful Telesales representative should have: Prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery. Proficiency in using database software. 40% annual bonus upto £37,500
