The Role Area Sales Manager - HVAC - Social Housing
- As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for specifying the company's heating and renewable products (boilers & air sourced heat pumps) into the Social Housing market, Local Authorities, Housing Associations - dealing with the new build market.
- As Specification Sales Manager, you will be liaising with Asset Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators etc through to C-suite / level decision makers.
- Tasked with winning and tracking specifications you will target Social Housing / Housing Associations / Contractors / Installers / Regional Developers & Frameworks.
The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager
- Experience selling a HVAC or Plumbing & Heating or KBB or electrical or technical products i.e. into social housing, councils / local authorities (specification sales)
