You will be assigned a buddy in the early days who you will shadow during your initial weeks and months in the role and a mentor who will provide coaching to support your longer-term personal development. Enrolment on the Sika Sales Academy where you will study and achieve a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification and also explore and develop the behaviours and attributes that will enhance your personal effectiveness and confidence.
