We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our team as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Sales who will continue building on our four consecutive years of double-digit year-over-year growth and profitability. As the Senior Vice President of International Sales, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our international sales efforts. Your strategic leadership, strong relationship-building skills, deep understanding of the market, and ability to navigate international markets will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and expanding our global presence. Ideal candidates for this position will be based in Singapore or the UK. What You Will Be Doing Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in designated territories. Lead and expand a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and customers, to enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align strategies that drive growth and meet customer needs. Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product development and marketing strategies. Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction across all international markets. What We Need From You Over 5-years of experience as a VP of Sales, leading VP/Directors of sales and with proven multi-level sales management experience, with a focus on international markets outside of North America. A strong track record of building sales teams/territories to exceed sales targets in a technology or cybersecurity environment with at least double-digit growth per year. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving exceptional results. Proven track record in recruiting, developing and retaining top talent. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly as it relates to critical infrastructure and how OPSWAT can win. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different cultures and business practices. Experience running overall business function for region, with responsibility for full Profit/Loss or Magic Number, not just revenue focused. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
