Location: Manchester 

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 

Full-time, Permanent 

Hybrid; 1 day WFH per week 

This position is with an award-winning employee-owned architectural and heritage consultancy practice, with global offices and a focus on professional development and high-quality practices. 

THE ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS: 

We are keen to talk to Architects with excellent design and presentation skills, as well as enthusiasm for high quality work, and with experience in working with historic and listed buildings. We are looking for someone who is well-organised and has experience delivering work packages on site, with excellent technical and construction knowledge. You will be working on all RIBA Stages. 

This company are a progressive practice, so you’ll need to understand our culture and strategy, identify opportunities and support managing and developing their talented people to achieve goals as a collaborative team. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Part 3 qualified and have at least 3 years working as an Architect for a UK based practice
• Project management and contract administration skills
• Have excellent technical skills
• Conservation experience
• Have a strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning regulations
• Be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
• Demonstrate good client-facing communication skills
• Excellent technical detailing
• Experience in using and or managing others using technical software. AutoCAD, Revit and NBS software is Essential.
