Conveyancer £28,000 - £31,000 Liverpool (Hybrid after probation) My client is hiring a New Build Admin Team Leader to oversee key responsibilities:

• Address and resolve client/developer escalations.
• Manage file updates and outstanding documents.
• Conduct file audits and oversee performance appraisals.
• Dual sign-off on files for exchange.
• Handle post-completion queries and historic file requests.
• Provide team coverage during absences.
• Maintain Staff DB and manage technical queries.
• Process full file check requests.
• Manage VIP files and cover for the Team Manager.
• Allocate inboxes and facilitate communication.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years as a new build case handler.
• Previous team management experience.
• Technical knowledge of new build processes.
• Problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience with Proclaim or similar software.
• Relationship management with developers.
