Duties & Responsibilities Purpose To provide administrative support within the Operations team focused on NDT but no limited too. Key responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to:
Functions § Take necessary information/messages for departmental personnel. § Prepare and send Departmental correspondence when needed. § Carry out contract/project administration as required by Manager/Supervisor. § Support Time and Labour submission for ad-hoc NDT personnel. § Support verifying certification and validity for all NDT personnel (using issuing body systems where possible) and update personnel competence records, utilizing administrator support when required. § Support ensure accurate tracking of personnel § Any other duty deemed necessary by Management to support successful operations of the business.
