Job Description - Maintenance Delivery Lead

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Delivery Lead KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofacs Life Saving Rules.
  • Live our Petrofac Values and apply them in day-to-day work.
  • Ensure the Maintenance Team are supported as necessary in order to maintain zero safety incidents
  • Act as Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for Petrofac coded maintenance in the CMMS. Including the preparation of asset specific inspection and maintenance activities for
  • fire and gas, safety, metering, Ex Campaigns, Spring Hanger Inspections , Small Bore Tubing Inspections and arising corrective orders.
  • Support account and commercial manager to prepare and develop CTRs for scopes, annual budgets for contract and ensuring commercial controls and budget reporting
  • accuracy, feeding to month end reporting for client.
  • Prepare work digitally using the 'Digital Twin' where applicable and prepare digital work flows for technicians to use offshore. Incorporating Petrofac digital tools and software.
  • Ensure all work is ready to pass functional gate checks at 12wk, 6 wk and 2 wk and conforms to all work readiness criteria.
  • Manage all aspects of work readiness assurance process for Petrofac work scopes including actively planning work and liaising with client led scheduling team.
  • Act as Focal Point for the delivery of cross contract KPIs to ensure a consistent performance
  • In conjunction with the Account Manager, develop and maintain the business strategy to continually improve maintenance delivery on the BP contract.
  • Pro-actively manage optimal maintenance reporting in Maximo to support effective maintenance delivery
  • Manage non-productive time (NPT) and identify initiatives to increase productivity
  • Liaise with other Maintenance Asset teams to provide an integrated service across client asset.
  • Attend and participate in relevant Petrofac/Client maintenance and planning meetings/forums
  • Pro-actively contribute, to the recruitment, training and competence of technicians.
  • Setting CMC technician objectives in line with contract deliverables and appraise on regular basis
  • Drive for continuous improvement over all aspects of our service and provide demonstrable proof of actual success to the clients
  • Make regular offshore visits
  • Call on support from the wider Petrofac business where applicable to deliver any additional work scopes requested by the Client
  • Approve Petrofac POs, expenses and timesheets to a pre-determined financial limit


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Thorough appreciation of maintenance operations within an oil and gas environment
  • Appreciation of PtW system
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance management systems (Maximo/SAP)
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance practices / procedures / legislation
  • Experience of coordinating / managing maintenance work scopes
  • Understanding of hazardous area electrical equipment standards
  • Qualifications Higher National Diploma or equivalent practical experience
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of Maintenance, Operations, Commercial, Safety and People issues within an appropriate industry
