This is a 6-month secondment, where you’ll lead a team of professional Support Workers across two 2:1 ratio services, dedicated to providing a person-centred, bespoke care service to make a real difference to the young people’s life. The individual in this role will lead by example, setting the highest standards in all areas.
This is a new set up for PCG and as the manager, you will be working Monday to Friday, and not part of the rota pattern. This means you will have the time to effectively manage and support your teams, ensuring the services are running at the highest standard.

About you:
Above all else, we are looking for someone that cares and can demonstrate an approach to leadership and management that aligns with PCG values. You’ll have a sound understanding of policies, procedures and legislation relating to our industry.
Ideally, you will have a wealth of experience working in residential care and leading and managing others.
Ideally, you will already hold your Level 3 in Residential Childcare and be willing to work towards completing a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.
