Are you an experienced web developer ready for your next challenge? A full-time position for a Senior Web Developer has opened up in a dedicated team at an estate agents in Leeds.

The Role
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing a variety of web projects. Leading a team of two developers, you will ensure projects are executed successfully from conception to deployment. Your expertise in Laravel, React (NextJS), and PHP will be essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the web development team, providing guidance and support.
- Plan, organise, and prioritise development tasks and projects.
- Develop and maintain multiple web applications using Laravel and React (NextJS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality.
- Implement basic DevOps tasks, including deployment and server management with AWS and Laravel Forge.
- Ensure effective database management and optimisation with Postgres and MariaDB.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Laravel and React (NextJS).
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with AWS and Laravel Forge.
- Proficiency with Postgres and/or MariaDB databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
