Responsibilities • Specialize in promoting and selling warehousing and fulfillment solutions
• Proactively generate new clients through effective phone and face-to-face meetings
• Convert incoming leads and interest into valuable business relationships
• Actively promote their Logistics brand in the market
• Establish and nurture new relationships with target clients while managing and expanding existing ones
• Transform ad-hoc business into long-term contractual commitments
• Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, activities, and prospects
• Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
• Undertake general administration tasks and complete lease agreements as required
Requirements • Previous experience in the logistics industry, preferably within warehousing or fulfillment
• Proven experience in business development, new business, or sales roles
• Tenacity, drive, perseverance, and a strong ability to build relationships
• Excellent negotiation skills with a hardworking nature
Benefits • A basic salary in the range of £45,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience
