A luxury skincare and makeup brand is looking for an experienced Head of Operations and Supply Chain to be based in London. The Head of Operations and Supply Chain will be responsible for leading, motivating and training the Operations and Supply Chain team to ensure sales and growth targets are met. Ensure the business has the inventory to fulfil demand Manage purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution Analysis of SKU performance and freight costs to gain cost savings. Your KPIs will include mimising controllable costs, achievement of annual objectives, employee feeedback and success development of internal tools and processes. You are required to understand order processes, inventory and dealing with payments. You must have advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills, be an advanced SAP user and have excellent business knowledge.
