The Head of Supply Chain is crucial in ensuring the effective management, on a day-to-day basis, of the planning and stock control and customer fulfilment department. The job holder will build relationships with other departments and 3PI providers. 

Role Responsibilities

• People Management and developmentincludinggoal setting &appraisals
• Effective management, on a day-to-day basis, of the planning and Stock control &Customer fulfilment department. Building relationships with other departments and 3Plproviders
• Driving the continuous improvement agenda for supply chain theUK
• Support weekly & monthly operationcalls
• Identify, Develop and implement Supply Chain improvementsand initiatives includingenterprise productivity / savings &Sustainability
• Weekly and Monthly KPI reporting with Gap analysis and correctiveactions
• Oversee the management of thein-marketPlanning and Stock control team & support theS&OPprocess
• Manage and prepare documents for conducting effectively the Monthly and QuarterlyReviews the 3rdparty LogisticsContractors
• Identify, develop and implement Supply Chain process, driving the collaboration with Keycustomers

Qualifications

A minimum of five years Supply Chain experience at a management level, working with logistics, demand planning and customer fulfilment

Highly desirable: previous knowledge of Warehousing, transportation and Supply Chain networks, preferably with experience within the Beer Wine or Spirits industry (BWS), otherwise FMCG 

Key skills and behaviours

Build partnership with 3rd party contractors and establish robust working relationships with key contacts across all logistic partners
