Head of Warehousing & Logistics Salary: £50,000k - £55,000k + benefits Type: Full time permanent Senior Management Team Location: Doncaster - M18 Global Organisation This is an excellent opportunity to join a large European / Global organisation in a dynamic Head of Warehousing & Logistics appointment. We are looking for a leader to develop and manage the team, oversee our 3PL (third-party logistics) operation and to deliver extraordinary contract performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and warehousing operations + client KPI's / SLA's. Key Areas,

• Leadership & People Management
• Customer partnerships - relationships
• 3PL (third-party logistics)
• Client KPI's / SLA's
• P&L management, reporting and analysing

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations team of the 3PL operation and warehousing
• Absolute focus on delivery of agreed daily service level agreements to customers
• Manage all aspects of distribution warehouse operations, inbound / storage / order fulfilment & and distribution.
• Manage relationships between our client and their 3PL partner + inhouse client services
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and warehousing processes + manage new projects
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations.
• Lead and motivate the 3rd party warehousing team to achieve performance targets and objectives.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness
• To reduce waste costs across the area by delivering improvement activity to drive down costs.
• Support on boarding of new clients and play a key part of the senior management team Partner with UK teams to deliver continuous improvement projects

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within logistics and warehousing
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective logistics and warehousing strategies.
• Have a high level of commercial and analytical skills.
• The ability to learn and adapt new or existing systems
• Excellent attention to detail
