Degree level, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Business Administration Understanding of the key drivers in customer service, manufacturing, transport & warehousing operations & how this is integrated with Warehouse operations. Experience in operating warehouses and warehouse networks to support manufacturing and despatch operations. Experience of prioritising and balancing inbound and outbound stock movements & controlling warehouse capacity Experienced in operating inhouse inbound raw materials operations and managing HGV drivers. Experience in managing and maintaining a fleet of heavy goods vehicles and other vehicles, production and warehouse support vehicles and trailers and FLT’s. A working knowledge of supply chain systems & processes within a manufacturing environment (e.g. Order Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management Systems, Inventory Management Systems & ERP systems especially SAP) Annual leave package, additional days holiday awarded for long service.
