In this pivotal role, you will design, prioritise, and oversee the implementation of the Operations Product Team (OPT) product roadmap, ensuring their warehouse operations are the most efficient in the market.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Work with key stakeholders to develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for achieving operational excellence.
• Team Leadership: Lead the OPT cross-functional team to establish and prioritise the delivery roadmap, ensuring effective implementation.
• Offshore Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for the offshore OPT development squad, overseeing user story development, requirements specification, work velocity, and developer engagement.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end development and testing lifecycle, delivering high-quality deployments into the live environment.
• Vendor Relationships: Build effective and trusted working relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases and investment proposals for strategic and tactical developments that align with the Group's goals.
• KPI Monitoring: Monitor and improve critical KPIs, suggesting additional performance metrics to reduce warehouse costs per unit.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with Customer Services teams to develop AI and Bots, reducing the cost to serve.
• Resource Management: Directly manage the OPT Analyst, coordinating priorities, workload, and overseeing throughput.
• Budget Oversight: Manage the OPT resources budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of spend and resources in line with business priorities.

• Proven experience in product management with a focus on warehouse automation, distribution, and fulfilment products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and direct reports.
