Incremental Enterprise Apps is a Centre of Excellence leveraging our credibility and reputation across the Dynamics & Power Platform eco system.

As a Principal Dynamics F&SCM Consultant, you'll work on significant projects and initiatives within our Retail and Manufacturing practice. Your Role

As a Principal Dynamics F&SCM Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Enterprise Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 F&SCM projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with clients to understand and define their business needs & processes and to configure D365 accordingly
  • Assist clients with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing
  • Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching, tailored to the client’s own business processes and configuration
  • Design and test customisations D365, and work with the client through acceptance of these
  • Participate in go-live cutover exercises ensuring that migrated data is reconciled back to legacy systems
  • Guide projects along through daily communications with the customer or project manager
  • Participate in informal or formal design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants.

Qualifications



You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, delivering a wide range of services to our customers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations in particular leading and delivering against scope, budget, timelines and quality of outputs
  • Deep understanding of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Modules in D365 in particular Manufacturing modules and how these interact with other modules within D365. e.g. Advanced Warehousing, Master Planning, Production Sales Order etc.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Deep understanding of gathering integration and reporting needs and turning these into design documents
  • Proficiency in leading workshops, knowledge transfer, training sessions face to face or remotely
  • Awareness of business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Copilot would be a plus.
